Chairman
Andrew has built 3 successful businesses as a shareholder-director in 3 different sectors.
He has performed pivotal buy-out  and corporate turnaround roles as a leader in industry. This includes his success as a Group Financial Director, recruited to rescue an ailing giant of the dot-com boom.
Recent successes include: Chairman of a leadership consulting business serving large corporates; Finance Director of a property development company; Chief Executive of a health company; Non-Executive Chairman of a glass manufacturer;  Managing & Sales Director of an IT business.
He is accustomed to managing significant projects, including large scale mergers, acquisitions and disposals, significant public fund-raising, restructuring and behavioural change initiatives.
His real love, however, is working closely with entrepreneurs… helping them to achieve their vision and potential.
